We’re having some trouble with Insight, affecting NFT, tokens and delayed webhooks. We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as we can. We’ll share another update shortly.

All indexers are back to normal

OTP delivery times are back to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor

we have applied patches to UB infrastructure and service has been confirmed to be restored to normal

Polygon RPC and dependent services are restored

The issue was resolved and AA transactions are working again.

Root Cause Analysis:
Users experienced failures when submitting account abstraction transactions to Sei Mainnet (chain 1329). Transactions were timing out or returning errors due to a service disruption in our bundler infrastructure. The root cause was a combination of resource exhaustion due to elevated load and inaccurae gas estimation logic in one version of our service. The issue was isolated to v6; v7 users were unaffected.

all IPFS download services have been restored

Insight service is back to normal with no customer impact

All services are fully recovered.
